Dr. Ben always knew he wanted to be an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to help take the fear out of going to see the dentist. He and his team are able to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of their patients during their surgical procedure through the use of IV sedation. Dr. Ben enjoys being able to help nervous patients have a great experience. His spouse, Dr. Lauren, is a periodontist and they live in Mount Pleasant. They have three kids that constantly keep them on their toes. They also have a very sweet coonhound they rescued named Odie. Dr. Ben's hobbies include chasing after his kids, golfing, singing and playing acoustic guitar, going to the beach, and trying all that Charleston has to offer for food and drink.
